Good Discipline:

Good discipline involves helping children learn right from wrong by providing logical consequences for appropriate and inappropriate behaviors.
Natural consequences happen all by themselves. There is no planning. Logical consequences are planned and thought –out. It is important when punishing to have the consequence “fit the crime”.
Remember that punishment is the natural consequence for behaving in an unacceptable way. There are many techniques in punishing negative behaviors. Each child is unique and will react and respond differently. If one strategy does not work, try another.
